“CURSE OF THE INVISIBLE WEREWOLF”: MUSIC FOR HORROR FILM
Happy Halloween! Some scary music for you today… this is the title theme (composed by yours truly) from “Curse of the Invisible Werewolf”, directed by Jay Ness, a tribute to the classic Universal horror films. The track appears on my “Soundtracks, Vol. !” album.
The plot of “Curse of the Invisible Werewolf” concerns an American soldier in WWII who falls victim to Nazi experiment that turns him into… you guessed it… an invisible werewolf! In honor of the source material, I pushed the melodrama of the symphonic sound as far over the top as I could, allowing the performances a bit of imprecision to simulate the hazard of real human players.
Footage from the video above comes from the teaser we made, which I also scored, and which you can see below:
As it remains an unfinished film, some say that “Curse of the Invisible Werewolf” is dead. But we know that “Curse of the Invisible Werewolf” will never die! “Curse of the Invisible Werewolf” lives on in our hearts, tormenting our idle moments and haunting our nightmares forever. Ah-oooooooo!
